Southbound On I-5 Blues

So I wrote a song one afternoon while driving through Orange County. Unfortunately, I lost the other recording I made. This will have to do. With my sincerest apologies to Jerry Reed:

What About Me: An Infographic (October 2012)

August Photo A Day Challenge (2012)

This is the end result of a Twitter photography project I undertook during August this year. The task was simple: each day, take one photo that fits the theme with a mobile phone and upload it to Twitter. Simple, but daunting. It was a task in and of itself to remember the project and find suitable subjects for each photo. Regardless, I finished the requisite 31 photos and compiled them into a collage that fits the month’s calendar.

What About Me: An Infographic (September 2012)

Starting to collect some interesting data from these infographics generated by Intel, here is number 4 in the series:

There’s A [Tropical] Storm Coming, Mr. Wayne

My latest bit of silliness cooked up at 3am upon hearing that Gordon has been upgraded to a tropical storm. Batten down the hatches, there’s a storm coming!

Meteorology in Gotham City needs a little improvement.

“Power Surge” (Preliminary)

Well, I was going to post a teaser for a new video project I’m working on, but YouTube doesn’t like the music I used, so I’m left without anything interesting to show for my next ambitious endeavour.  If you’ve been to Disney’s ElecTRONica dance party either at California Adventure or Hollywood Studios, you might be familiar with the Power Surge stage show before the official opening of the party.  I’m at present working on recreating a version of the show to enjoy at home.  More details as they come, but for now, please enjoy my other offerings at my YouTube channel!

“All American” Redux (Final)

Much clearer, and converted to vectors for smooth rescaling!

“All American” Redux (Preliminary)

My friend, Gilmore, put me back onto an old piece I did immortalising our high school group of friends as we’ve all been riding a wave of nostalgia as of late. The piece, entitled All American, was to celebrate our individual heritages as we asserted ourselves as a sort of unified fraternal order.  It was penciled and inked on sketch paper, then scanned and coloured in Paint Shop Pro.  After seeing it on his Facebook timeline, I decided it was in need of an overhaul, so I grabbed a few bottles of Miller High Life and got to drawing.  Check out the preliminary models below, then check out the finished product here.

The original piece, circa 2001

And the new character models, vector graphics compatible!

What About Me: An Infographic (August 2012)

Here is the third installment in what is, definitively, a series. I’ll do these as long as the website is available, then start extrapolating some information after I have at least a year’s worth (or as many as I can manage).
